About Odyssee Excel Import

Odyssee has a preconfigured, out-of-the-box excel import tool which you will find inside the portal settings. This excel import is available in all plans.

Odyssee Excel Import integration features

The Odyssee import tool allows to import

  • accounts (both customers and/or suppliers),
  • contacts,
  • job locations,
  • equipments,
  • articles (= parts),
  • tasks
  • and work orders.

Amongst other advantages, it allows you to regularly and quickly update article price lists as well as the financial status of your customers.

How does it work?

Upload your excel sheet, map the columns with the Odyssee fields, save as template, click import and...done.

It is not mandatory to save the import as template of course, but if you want, for example, to regularly update the financial status of your customers, saving the import as template will make it extremely easy to do all the next imports.

You can also download excel templates for each object you want to import in Odyssee Field Service. This allows you to optimise your own excel.
