Wello Field Service easily integrates with Exact Online through its native Exact Online connector to maximize your performance.

Advantages

Wello Field Service connects with all Exact Online versions: Finance/Accountancy, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Project Management in two directions to speed up your billing cycle so you can invoice the same day.

Wello instantly generates invoices in Exact based on:

  • your completed work orders' used parts and worked hours.
  • the service contract invoice rules.

Wello has developed an off-the-shelf connector with Exact online. Just your Exact email and password are enough to setup the connection. If you are using more than one Exact domain, you can choose which one to connect with Wello Service.

What is interfaced?

Finance/Accountancy

Optimize your billing cycle like this:

  • Customers & contacts are synched to Wello Field Service. Work order locations are created automatically.
  • Articles (= spare parts), including prices (optional), are synched to Wello Field Service
  • Use an article as "time" article and link it with an hour type in Wello Field Service
  • Wello Field Service will sent completed work orders back as a pro forma invoice, mentioning used quantities for parts and time. Even the work order reference and technician remarks will be mentioned on the pro forma invoice. In exact you can confirm the pro forma to a real invoice.

Wholesale Distribution & Manufacturing

Optimize your sales order and article management, as well as you billing cycle like this:

  • Customers, contacts and articles (= spare parts) are synchronized to Wello Field Service. Work order locations are created automatically
  • Pricing and stock locations, including stock levels, are synchronized to Wello Field Service. Each technician's car can be a stock location
  • Use an article as "time" article and link it with an hour type in Wello Field Service
  • Sales orders in Exact become work orders in Wello following the filter, ready to be planned.
  • Wello Field Service will sent completed work orders back as sales orders to Exact Online, mentioning used quantities for parts and time, as well as the stock location to substract the parts from. Even the work order reference and extra remarks will be mentioned on the sales order. In Exact you can transform a sales order to an invoice.
  • Note: if you don’t use stock locations, you can choose between getting back sales orders or pro forma invoices, just like in the Accountancy version.

How does it work?

The Exact Online connector is an off-the-shelf connector with easy to follow configuration steps. For each entity, you can decide what to synchronize to Wello Field Service and what to synchronize back.

You only need your EOL login and password to setup the connection.
