Wello has a preconfigured, out-of-the-box excel import tool which you will find inside the portal settings. This excel import is available in all plans.

The Wello import tool allows to import

• accounts (both customers and/or suppliers),
• contacts,
• job locations,
• equipments,
• articles (= parts),
• tasks
• work orders
• and checklists/work instructions.

Amongst other advantages, it allows you to regularly and quickly update article price lists as well as the financial status of your customers.

How does it work?

Upload your excel sheet, map the columns with the Wello fields, save as template, click import and...done.

It is not mandatory to save the import as template of course, but if you want, for example, to regularly update the financial status of your customers, saving the import as template will make it extremely easy to do all the next imports.
