QuickBooks Online by Intuit is a cloud accounting solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Wello Field Service connects to QuickBooks Online in three ways: with the native Wello connector, with Zapier, or with Make.

What is synchronized?

The Wello Connector synchronizes data in both directions.

From QuickBooks Online to Wello:

• Customers, vendors and their contacts
• Products and services, as articles
• Payment methods and payment terms
• Tax codes and VAT rates

From Wello to QuickBooks Online:

• Invoices
• Orders, as estimates

Prices on invoice lines and estimate lines come from your Wello price lists.

To install the Wello Connector, click the Get started button and select Install. Sign in with your QuickBooks Online account and authorize Wello. Then choose which entities to synchronize.

Install with Zapier

Wello Field Service uses Zapier to connect to QuickBooks Online. Zapier lets you connect Wello Field Service to more than 2,000 other web services. Zaps are automated connections that you set up in minutes, with no coding. Zaps can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps.

To install with Zapier, click the Get started button and select Install with Zapier.

Install with Make

Wello Field Service uses Make to connect to QuickBooks Online. Make lets you connect QuickBooks Online to more than 3,500 other apps to sync data and build automated workflows.

To install with Make, click the Get started button and select Install with Make.
